Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Organicus AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

Who you are contracting with

These Terms are an agreement between you and AI PRODUCTS LTDA, CNPJ 63.045.700/0001-12, with registered address at Rua Ângelo Dias, 220 – Sala 109, Centro, Blumenau/SC, CEP 89010-020, Brasil ("Organicus AI", "we").

Description of Service

Organicus AI is an Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) platform that helps websites become visible in AI search results. Our services include automated AEO and SEO audits, AI visibility analysis across models like ChatGPT and Claude, Organicus Score calculation, AutoFix suggestions, AI Agent assistant, and content optimization tools.

Account Registration

You must create an account to access most features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration.

Subscription Plans & Billing

We offer paid subscription plans (Lite, Growth, Scale, and Agency & Enterprise). Some offers start with a free first month; the terms of your offer are shown before you pay. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. A one-time fee — a setup, or an optional fast-track — may apply, priced from your own scope and shown before you pay. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

One-time fees, such as a setup or a fast-track, are refundable for work that has not been delivered and approved; rework on delivered items is free until you approve them. Subscription periods already provided are non-refundable. Contact support@organicus.ai for billing inquiries.

If you are a consumer in Brazil, you may withdraw from a purchase made online within 7 (seven) days of contracting or of first delivery, under Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code (CDC). Write to support@organicus.ai within that period and any amounts paid will be refunded in full. This applies equally to one-time fees. Where your subscription starts with a free first month, in most cases nothing has been charged within that window.

Free start

Some free analyses come with the offer of a free start: a free account and a one-time grant of 10 work credits — the unit our plans are sold in — spent on fixes we choose from that site's report. There is one free start per site (per registrable domain), whoever claims it. The grant is never refilled, renewed or transferred, and no payment details are taken for it. We may decline or withdraw a free start claimed for a site the claimant does not control, or misused in any other way.

Someone on our team reviews each fix before you see it, and nothing goes live without your approval. A fix you send back for changes is redone within the credits it already holds; a fix you turn down as not needed gives its credits back to the grant. Fixes still waiting for your approval are never published on their own, and we may close fixes left unanswered. Work you approved that is live on your site is yours and stays there.

When the grant is used up, the free account stays open, but no further work is done without a paid plan, which you choose yourself — nothing turns into a paid plan, or charges you, on its own. The free account has no weekly measurement. Choosing a paid plan ends the free start: work already under way finishes on it, and credits it had not used do not move to the plan. Cancelling a paid plan later does not bring the free start back, and neither does deleting the account and creating a new one: the site has had its free start. You can delete the free account at any time from your settings.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes but is not limited to: attempting to access other users' data, using the Service for illegal purposes, interfering with or disrupting the platform, reverse-engineering the Service, exceeding rate limits or using automated tools to abuse the platform, or submitting malicious content.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, algorithms, and content (excluding your data), is owned by Organicus AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your website content and data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to crawl and analyze your publicly available website content for the purpose of providing our services.

Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our recommendations will result in specific search rankings or AI visibility outcomes. Our Organicus Score, audit results, and AI visibility analysis are advisory in nature.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Organicus AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, though we may retain certain data as required by law.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. If you use the service as a consumer, you may bring disputes before the courts of your own domicile, as the CDC guarantees — nothing in these Terms limits rights that consumer or data protection law gives you. For business customers, the forum of the Judicial District of Blumenau, State of Santa Catarina, is elected, to the exclusion of any other, however privileged.
