By accessing or using Organicus AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
Description of Service
Organicus AI is an Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) platform that helps websites become visible in AI search results. Our services include automated AEO and SEO audits, AI visibility analysis across models like ChatGPT and Gemini, Organicus Score calculation, AutoFix suggestions, AI Agent assistant, and content optimization tools.
Account Registration
You must create an account to access most features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration.
Subscription Plans & Billing
We offer a free Trial period and paid subscription plans (Startup and Growth). Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@organicus.ai for billing inquiries.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes but is not limited to: attempting to access other users' data, using the Service for illegal purposes, interfering with or disrupting the platform, reverse-engineering the Service, exceeding rate limits or using automated tools to abuse the platform, or submitting malicious content.
Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, algorithms, and content (excluding your data), is owned by Organicus AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your website content and data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to crawl and analyze your publicly available website content for the purpose of providing our services.
Data & Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our recommendations will result in specific search rankings or AI visibility outcomes. Our Organicus Score, audit results, and AI visibility analysis are advisory in nature.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Organicus AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, though we may retain certain data as required by law.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
